About Levi Bageant
It’s a jungle out there. So if you’re buying real estate you will want someone familiar with jungles.
Levi Bagaent has an outdoor background, with a degree in wildlife management and three years in the business, so if there’s anyone familiar with a bear market, it’s him.
But Levi is bullish on rural property, he says, because “Growing up in farmlands of the Appalachian Mountains has created a lifelong respect for rural communities and lifestyle.”
Levi’s specialties, therefore, are large parcels of land for farms, investors and buyers looking to build in the beautiful Appalachian foothills. What you build is up to you, but Levi is expert both in exploring the possibilities for construction and offering tips for keeping the deer out of the azaleas.
“I enjoy listening to clients discuss how they wish to customize the property to make it their own.” he said. “It’s always rewarding when I can hear their plans and excitement build as we tour a property.”
While most people fear going from civilization into the wilds, for Levi it was just the opposite. “My bravest adventure was stepping away from the wildlife field and into the real estate world,” he said.
This transition from a world of ATVs to a world of ATMs has been rewarding, however, as Levi explains the role of home ownership in terms of building long-term wealth.
“My flip to real estate began when I realized how little middle age to younger generations know about building wealth through real estate,” he said. “When I discuss the future with friends and colleagues they believe in saving money by renting off of someone else since the monthly payments are lower than loan payments. This made me want to aid rural communities in understanding how to grow personal wealth through real estate.”
It’s not enough to go through life renting off of others and scavenging for berries and mushrooms like a starving opposum.
Wait, did someone say mushrooms? Along with fishing and hiking the forests, mushroom hunting is something Levi enjoys in his spare time. “I like fishing and foraging no matter the season,” he says. “Then to integrate my rewards from environmental sports like mushroom hunting into different recipes. Combining different cultural dishes with personal acquired resources is difficult but highly rewarding.”
And you’ll be rewarded too for trusting your real estate hunt to Levi, as he guides you through a frontier of potential properties. Coonskin caps are optional.
